The Big Picture

Summer is here and it’s a great time for photo taking. Like many organizations, we have a lot going on outside and often big groups that need a group photo. The hard part, is getting everyone in the photo and not ending up with a far off image that doesn’t show faces, which are the most important thing to show. How then, do you take a good photo while getting a close up? Let me show you how using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge:

The photo merge tool is very useful and can save you a lot of work and stress. When taking photos for a photo merge, get as many as you can from different angles. Once you have your images, find those that will create the whole scene you are trying to create. Check out each photo for flaws, such as a person with their eyes shut or turning to the side, blurs, etc. Good photography takes many, many photos to get the one you want, so keep at it until you have a lot to choose from when you are finished.

Give it a try and let me know how it worked for you.
